Design Proposal (mood board presentation + up to 3 edits if necessary)

Design-related decor recommendations + quantity allocation

Accompany clients at respective rental equipment appointment (tablescapes, etc.)

Schedule an initial meeting once contract is signed to talk about the overall aesthetic of the event.​

Access to customized Client Portal equipped with a checklist to track your progress, a calendar that reminds you of upcoming meetings, and payment due dates, design studio and RSVP tracking.  Client portal has messaging platform that allows us focused communication on different aspects of your wedding process.

​​​Schedule the following milestone meetings for client/coordinator check-ins​

Primary point of contact for rehearsal + day of event

Oversee set-up at ceremony and reception venues

Floorplan review – guaranteeing optimal event flow

Creation of detailed/robust timeline

Provide 1-lead Day of Coordinator + 1-2 assistants based on guest count/event complexity

Maintain direct communication with all participating vendors (1-month prior), paving the way for a well-orchestrated event

Expert guidance on etiquette issues and managing any “sticky situations” that may arise

Cue events: DJ/band for planned moments; speeches/toasts, special dances, cutting of the cake, etc.

Provide a fully stocked emergency kit for unforeseen needs

Assist wedding party/family with handling flowers, corsages, and boutonnieres

Arrange placement of all personal/smaller items at the ceremony and reception

• Ceremony props, programs, welcome table elements, toasting flutes, cake knife, table numbers, menus, name cards, bar signage, etc.

All wedding items will be secured and handed over to a designated family member or venue contact prior to The Social Co,’s departure

Final payments and gratuities to be distributed to vendors as directed
