Schedule meetings to discuss wedding details, vendors, timeline, etc.

Access to customized Client Portal equipped with a checklist to track your progress, a calendar that reminds you of upcoming meetings, and payment due dates, design studio and RSVP tracking.  Client portal has messaging platform that allows us focused communication on different aspects of your wedding process.

Determine best vendors (florist, cake, caterers, music, ceremony and reception locations etc.) within couples’ budget

 

Creation and execution of event design scheme… Let’s talk inspo/Pinterest Boards!

 

Schedule vendor meetings as needed

 

Vendor/contract negotiation

 

Work with couple to prioritize what they want most – where to splurge v. where to save

 

Catering menu selection and catering negotiation

 

Direct communication with couple’s vendors throughout the entire planning process

 

Provide advice and suggestions on invitations and save-the-dates, programs, favors, menu and escort cards

 

Create overall stationery “portfolio” for the wedding

 

Help couple with contingency planning (in the event of inclement weather – Seattle is always unpredictable)

 

Identify areas within the budget where couples can save money

 

Responsible for guestlist(s) (i.e. invitations, addresses, seating chart, thank you cards)

 

Advise clients on etiquette issues and other “sticky situations”

Review or create a floor plan for optimal flow during the wedding

 

Create a detailed event timeline for vendors and wedding party, ensure timely fittings

 

Find hotels and preferred room rates near ceremony/reception

 

Schedule deliveries and pick-ups of wedding rentals

 

Confirm timing and itinerary with vendors prior to the wedding

 

Conduct wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party day-of-event

 

Provide at least two coordinators for day of rehearsal and wedding day

 

Provide fully-stocked emergency kit

 

Cue wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle and cue band/DJ for toasts, special dances, and cake cutting during the reception

 

Oversee set-up at ceremony and reception

 

Assist wedding party and family with flowers, corsages, boutonnieres

 

Act as primary point of contact day of the wedding for all vendors

 

Arrange placement at the ceremony and reception of all personal items including props used during the ceremony, programs, toasting flutes, cake knife, table numbers, etc.

 

Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors as needed

 

Secure items prior to leaving with either a family member or contact at the reception venue
